Join e4 Nutrition with a partner and get all the personalization you need at a discounted price. Your weekly check-ins will occur with both of you but, you will still get individual instruction as if you had your own personal coach. What kind of results can I expect?
We believe that if you follow your plan you will be sleeping better, feeling better and having more energy within a couple of weeks. We also believe that slow and steady wins the race and that CONSISTENCY with your nutrition, movement, sleep and stress relief TRUMPS everything else. Every person is different and so is every result. We promise that if you come to this with an open mind, an open heart and are ready to education yourself on what YOUR BODY needs to look and feel its best you will get the results you are after. If you want results that last, you have to spend a little time figuring out what works for you and we are going to work together to help you do that.

Is there a gym that I have to go to or fitness program I have to follow?
No. We do not give out personalized fitness programs at E4 and we encourage our clients to do whatever kind of exercise makes them feel great. The best gym for you is the one you are going to! We are happy to refer you to some personal trainers and gyms that we love if you need some resources.

What kinds of foods can I eat?

We focus on quality and quantity of your food and no foods are “off limits”. We want you to eat foods that will make you healthy and stronger but also find room for all the things that you love. We hope that you will find that you can eat ANYTHING you want – just not EVERYTHING you want all the time.
